Job summary

The Atlantic District in Easton, PA is seeking an Elite Insurance Agent who combines relationship-building with expert product knowledge to serve local clients. You will focus on protecting dreams and legacies while enjoying a supportive, growth-oriented team.

Expect a base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities, a Monday–Friday schedule, and comprehensive benefits. Prior insurance sales experience and a valid Pennsylvania P&C license are required.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales.
• Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify appropriate insurance coverage for new and existing clients.
• Develop and maintain a strong referral network within the Easton community.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential policyholders.
• Guide clients through the claims process with clarity and empathy.
• Regularly review client accounts to ensure protection levels remain adequate as life circumstances change.
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline the underwriting and policy issuance process.
