Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• 3+ years of independent insurance brokerage experience.
• Proficiency in agency management systems and quoting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate meaningful relationships with local businesses and families to understand their unique protection needs.
• Evaluate existing coverage portfolios and provide thoughtful, strategic recommendations for improvement.
• Negotiate with carrier partners to secure competitive rates and broad terms for policyholders.
• Document client interactions accurately within internal systems to maintain high standards of service.
• Represent The Atlantic District at community events and networking functions across the city.
• Provide ongoing education to clients regarding their insurance products and risk management strategies.
