The Atlantic District in Gettysburg is seeking a Lead Agent to grow our local footprint while mentoring staff and delivering neighborly, expert service to clients.

You will oversee high-value accounts, guide sales strategy, develop community outreach, and help clients choose protection and financial options. We offer strong benefits, career growth, and a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license.
• 3+ years of professional experience in insurance sales or account management.
• Strong consultative selling and client relationship skills.
• Proficient with insurance quoting software and CRM platforms.
• Ability to mentor peers and lead small sales initiatives.
• In-depth understanding of local market insurance needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive the sales process for high-value accounts within our Gettysburg branch.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing effective sales strategies and industry knowledge.
• Develop and execute local outreach plans to strengthen our presence in the Gettysburg area.
• Analyze current market trends to help clients make informed decisions about their coverage.
• Manage complex policy renewals while ensuring every client feels heard and prioritized.
• Collaborate with agency leadership to refine our sales approach and meet quarterly growth milestones.
