Job summary

Dover Precision Components’ FW Murphy Production Controls site in Rosenberg, TX, seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor - Instrumentation to lead daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, on-time delivery, and productivity. This onsite role partners with Planning, Supply Chain, and Quality to resolve issues and drive improvements.

The candidate will coach staff, manage timekeeping, and uphold a safe, efficient workplace while promoting continuous improvement and high performance.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of supervisor experience in lieu of degree.
• Strong supervisory and communication skills.
• 3+ years of manufacturing supervision experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, teambuilding, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Fluent English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Production Planning to ensure schedules are executed efficiently.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure materials are available and delivered on time.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Monitor daily production performance and escalate issues as needed.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate employees to promote accountability and high performance.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and attendance records.
• Foster a safe, productive, and continuous improvement-focused work environment.
