Job summary

Bearings Plus is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor - Instrumentation to lead daily production operations at our Rosenberg, TX facility. You will ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals while partnering with Production Planning, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.

The role requires 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing (or a related engineering degree) and strong knowledge of electrical components, blueprints, and Lean tools.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Electrical Engineering or 5+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong supervisory and communication skills with ability to coach and evaluate staff.
• Experience reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.
• Proven ability to meet safety, quality, delivery targets and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Bilingual in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Coordinate with Production Planning and Supply Chain to ensure on-time material availability.
• Coach, develop, and evaluate production staff; manage timekeeping.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and enforce PPE.
