Job summary

Dover Precision Components FW Murphy Production Controls seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals are met. You will partner with Planning, Supply Chain, and Quality to maintain efficient workflows and resolve issues on the floor.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Electrical Engineering or related field.
5+ years of supervisor experience in manufacturing.
Strong supervisory and communication skills.
Fluent in English; bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Production Planning to ensure production schedules are executed efficiently.
Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure materials are available and delivered to production on time.
Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Monitor daily production performance, identify issues, and escalate concerns as needed.
Lead, coach, and evaluate employees to promote accountability and high performance.
Maintain accurate employee timekeeping and attendance records.
Foster a safe, productive, and continuous improvement‑focused work environment.
