Job summary

Dover Precision Components in Rosenberg, TX is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor for FW Murphy Production Controls. This onsite role leads daily production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals while partnering with Planning, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience or a relevant degree, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English; Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent manufacturing supervision experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Production Planning to ensure production schedules are executed efficiently.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure materials are available and delivered to production on time.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Monitor daily production performance, identify issues, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate employees to promote accountability and high performance.
• Maintain accurate employee timekeeping and attendance records.
• Foster a safe, productive, and continuous improvement-focused work environment.
