Job summary

Dover Precision Components is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor for the FW Murphy Production Controls unit in Rosenberg, Texas. The role oversees daily production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals onsite.

The ideal candidate has a relevant engineering degree or 5+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Occasional extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 5+ years of supervisory experience in lieu of degree.
• Strong supervisory and communication skills are essential.
• Experience with payroll/HRIS systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Production Planning to ensure schedules are executed efficiently.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure materials are available on time.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Monitor daily production performance and escalate issues as needed.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate employees to promote accountability.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and attendance records.
