Job summary

Beyond SOF is seeking an experienced Training Lead to oversee Cyber Red Team training curricula and develop courses for novice to master levels.

You will coordinate internal and external training, stay current on offensive and defensive cyber operations, and teach courses as requested to support mission readiness.

Active TS/SCI clearance is required, and travel of 15% (OCONUS and CONUS) should be expected as part of this role.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience developing training courses for cyber operations.
• Experience coordinating training courses for cyber operations and red team activities.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Willing to travel 15% (OCONUS and CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee training curricula of Cyber Red Team personnel.
• Develop training courses for red cyber operations at novice, advanced, and master levels.
• Stay current on developments in red cyber operations, offensive and defensive cybersecurity.
• Research relevant courses and make recommendations to training pipelines.
• Coordinate internal and external training for Cyber Red Team personnel.
• Teach courses as requested.
