Job summary

Chase Travel is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver scalable training that helps front-line teams perform at their best from day one.

You will design engaging materials, apply ADDIE or SAM, lead train-the-trainer sessions, and manage multiple projects to deliver high-quality content on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• Experience developing and improving training in a call center environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using e-learning platforms to deliver training materials.
