Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to service professional customers at the installer counter and coordinate daily activities of the delivery team to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs (preferred).
• ASE Certification (preferred).
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Work with installers/professional customers to develop sales relationships.
• Take orders by phone and online, invoice orders, and direct parts to delivery.
• Route delivery specialists to ensure timely order delivery.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per company standards.
• Record daily mileages in fleet management devices and complete inspections.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to service professional customers.
• Verify parts and warranties are billed before customers leave the store.
• Coordinate returns and credits for cores and warranty items.
• Audit returns for warranty abuse and proper tagging.
• Assist on front and retail counters and with backroom duties.
• Support with labor claims processing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
