Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to serve professional customers at the installer counter. The role oversees daily activity of the delivery team to ensure accurate and timely order deliveries and excellent service at the store.

You will work with installers and professional customers to build sales relationships, take orders by phone and online, route delivery staff, and ensure all billing aligns with deliveries and returns.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.
• Desired: Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers and professional customers.
• Take orders by phone and online, invoice orders, direct delivery routing for timely fulfillment.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per company standards.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and log mileages in fleet devices.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Managers to deliver superior service.
• Verify product and warranty parts are billed before customers depart.
• Ensure returns are picked up and credited promptly.
• Assist on front counter and in backroom duties as needed.
• Process customer labor claims efficiently.
