O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist, an experienced parts specialist who supports professional customers at the store's installer counter and oversees delivery coordination with the delivery team to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment.

This role emphasizes strong mechanical knowledge, multilingual communication, and a commitment to customer service as part of a broader effort to grow relationships with installers and professional customers, while upholding

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above-average communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs.
• A.S.E. Certification preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers and professional customers.
• Take orders by phone and online; invoice and direct picking/ staging for delivery.
• Route delivery specialists to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
• Maintain delivery vehicles per company standards.
• Complete vehicle inspections on time and log daily mileages.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Managers to service customers.
• Verify all product, warranty parts, and cores are billed before departure.
• Ensure new core and warranty returns are picked up and credited promptly.
• Audit returns for warranty abuse and proper tagging.
• Assist on front counter and assist on retail counter as needed.
• Support backroom duties: auto-loads, returns, stock, etc.
• Assist with customer labor claims to process quickly.
• All other duties as assigned.
