Qualifications

• 7+ years of resinous flooring installation experience, with at least 3 years in supervision.

• Strong understanding of concrete substrates and surface preparation.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee installation teams on resinous flooring projects, ensuring safety and efficiency
• Manage all phases of the installation process, including surface preparation and coating applications
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and sales teams to meet deadlines and expectations
• Mentor and train junior technicians, fostering skill development and teamwork
• Resolve technical challenges and troubleshoot installation issues on-siteConduct quality control inspections and manage punch list completion
• Keep detailed project documentation, including daily logs and reports
• Provide technical insights and collaborate with estimating and sales teams
• Stay current with industry innovations, materials, and techniques

Ideal Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in resinous flooring installation, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Expertise in resinous coating systems such as epoxy, polyurethane, and polyaspartic
• Strong knowledge of concrete substrates and preparation techniques
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting technical specifications
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• OSHA 30-hour certification (preferred)
• Technical certifications from major coating manufacturers (preferred)
