Industrial Flooring USA is seeking an Epoxy Flooring Specialist to join our team. You will install epoxy and resinous flooring systems, resurface concrete, and polish surfaces across multiple projects. Travel is routine, and flexibility for day or night shifts is required.

The role requires experience with epoxy coatings, grinders, mixers, and related tools. A valid driver’s license with a clean record is essential for on-site travel and varied hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as epoxy installer or flooring technician.
• Knowledge of epoxy/resinous flooring systems and tools.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials.
• Willing to travel and work night/weekend hours.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, shot-blasting, or other mechanical means.
• Install a variety of epoxy and resinous flooring systems, including self-leveling, broadcast, and troweled systems.
• Mix epoxy resins and hardeners to precise specifications.
• Apply primers, base coats, and topcoats using rollers, squeegees, or trowels.
• Ensure proper curing times and surface temperatures during application.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all job site safety protocols.
• Operate flooring equipment such as grinders, mixers, and vacuums.
• Accurately measure and calculate material requirements for each project.
