• 2+ years of experience in resinous flooring or construction-related fields.
• Knowledge of basic surface preparation techniques and equipment usage.
• Familiarity with resinous flooring systems (epoxy, polyurethane, etc.).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• OSHA 10-hour certification (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Lead Technician in applying resinous flooring systems, including epoxy, polyurethane, and polyaspartic coatings
• Perform surface preparation through grinding, shot blasting, and other methods to ensure proper adhesion
• Mix and prepare coating materials according to job requirements and manufacturer instructions
• Work with the crew to execute flooring designs, patterns, and custom finishes
• Ensure quality control during the installation process, troubleshooting issues as needed
• Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
• Collaborate effectively with the Lead Technician and Junior Installer to complete projects on time
• Maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working order
• Communicate any jobsite challenges or improvements to the Lead Technician
