The job requires a valid driver's license, experience in epoxy flooring installation, and a strong ability to work independently. Responsibilities include performing various flooring and maintenance tasks, planning project production, and maintaining safety at job sites. Qualifications

• Valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience with epoxy flooring squeegee installation.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew on Epoxy Flooring projects.
• Perform line painting, asphalt crack filling, and seal coating.
• Plan and facilitate high-quality project production.
• Communicate job status daily with Operations Manager.
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site.
