Qualifications
- 7+ years of resinous flooring installation experience, with at least 3 years in supervision.
- Expertise in epoxy, polyurethane, and polyaspartic coatings.
- Strong understanding of concrete substrates and surface preparation.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical specifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee installation teams, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Manage all phases of installation, including surface prep and coating.
- Ensure safety, quality, and project specifications compliance.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and sales to meet deadlines.
- Mentor and train junior technicians, fostering teamwork.
- Resolve on-site issues and conduct quality control inspections.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and daily logs.
- Collaborate with estimating and sales teams, stay updated on industry trends.
