Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-qualify sales leads and evaluate potential projects
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to project completion
• Conduct on-site evaluations, including moisture tests and substrate condition assessments
• Develop project blueprints, draft scopes of work, and prepare proposals and estimates
• Recommend the best products and color selections based on customer needs
• Coordinate with installation teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
• Follow up with clients post-installation, gather feedback, and request reviews and referrals
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, site visits, and project specifications

Ideal Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in sales, project management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of resinous flooring systems and installation processes
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsExperience with estimation software and project management tools
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality results
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience with moisture testing and concrete assessment (preferred)
