Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior technicians with resinous floor coating installations
• Learn and apply surface preparation techniques, including grinding and shot blasting
• Help with mixing and applying resinous coating materials
• Keep job sites clean and organized
• Properly handle and maintain tools and equipment
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear
• Load and unload materials and equipment as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development opportunities
