FloorCoating.Pro in Tulsa is looking for a dependable Flooring Installation Technician to join our team and assist in resinous flooring projects. This role requires collaboration with a Lead Technician to ensure high-quality installations across various environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in resinous flooring or construction-related fields.
• Knowledge of basic surface preparation techniques and equipment usage.
• Familiarity with resinous flooring systems (epoxy, polyurethane, etc.).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• OSHA 10-hour certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Technician in applying resinous flooring systems.
• Perform surface preparation through grinding and shot blasting.
• Mix and prepare coating materials according to job requirements.
• Ensure quality control during the installation process.
• Adhere to all safety protocols.
