Responsibilities

• Lead and direct inside sales representatives delivering services to customers and vendors.
• Manage service issues and concerns related to builder accounts and customer service.
• Implement procedures to set high service standards and operational efficiency.
• Respond to inquiries about product selection, pricing, orders, deliveries and installations.
• Initiate calls to customers to generate sales and coordinate special products.
