Job summary

Wisconsin Building Supply, a Division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support new and existing customers with product guidance and quotes. You will assist outside sales, provide pricing information, and help coordinate deliveries and installations.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in building material sales or inside sales, with solid product knowledge and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in building material sales or inside sales preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building products, applications and materials.
• Excellent oral and written communication; customer-facing experience.
• Comfort with inventory and pricing processes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries about product selection, prices, quotes, and deliveries.
• Initiate calls to customers to generate sales and gather orders.
• Enter work orders, returns, credits, and service requests accurately.
• Coordinate purchase and delivery of special products and price lists.
• Manage project schedules with outside sales, jobsites, and customers.
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
