Job summary

Arrow Building Center, Lampert Lumber and Lyman Lumber Companies, divisions of US LBM Holdings, LLC, are seeking an Inside Sales Supervisor to lead the inside sales team and ensure top-tier service for builder accounts.

You will drive sales support, coordinate orders and deliveries, and supervise 4+ associates while managing budgets and performance feedback. Strong leadership and distribution experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 4–6 years in building materials distribution or sales support.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience in a customer-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Set procedures to deliver service excellence and improve efficiency.
• Respond to inquiries on product selection, orders, pricing, and deliveries.
• Provide customer follow-ups and initiate calls to generate sales.
• Coordinate purchases and deliveries of special products and pricing.
• Input orders, pricing, and data; create sales tickets and manage stock.
