Arrow Building Center, Lampert Lumber and Lyman Lumber Companies, divisions of US LBM Holdings, LLC, is seeking an Inside Sales Supervisor to lead a team of four or more associates, driving service excellence and efficient operations for builder accounts.

You will oversee pricing, orders, deliveries, and customer relationships, while mentoring staff and aligning with company standards and safety policies. This role emphasizes leadership, sales support, and accountability for results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate's degree is preferred.
• Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of education prerequisites.
• Experience in building materials distribution and sales support is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct inside sales representatives to serve customers, vendors and associates.
• Manage service issues for builder accounts and customer service.
