Job summary

RNInk is seeking an experienced Production Control & Materials Assistant Manager in McDonough, GA to guide production planning, material management, and inventory control at a new facility launching operations. This hands-on leader will align schedules with demand, ensure material availability, and drive continuous improvement across procurement, warehouse, and production teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent manufacturing experience considered.
• 5+ years' experience in production control, material planning, or manufacturing operations.
• Previous supervisory or assistant management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production scheduling, MRP, inventory control, and MES/SAP.
• Proficient in Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
• Experience with start-ups or new production launches is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute daily and weekly production schedules based on demand and capacity.
• Ensure material availability and track WIP, raw materials, and finished goods.
• Monitor ERP/MRP data and generate production and inventory reports.
• Support start-up operations and establish standard procedures and workflows.
• Collaborate across functions to resolve scheduling and material issues and improve efficiency.
• Support on-time deliveries and monitor KPIs.
