Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking an Injection Molding Supervisor to oversee daily molding operations in a startup facility on the first and second shifts in McDonough, GA. You will lead production personnel, troubleshoot equipment, and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of hands-on molding experience, strong process knowledge, and a Bachelor’s degree in Plastics Engineering or related field. Automotive experience is a plus.

Formación

• 3-5+ years in injection molding operations with hands-on troubleshooting.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• BS degree in Plastics Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred; hands-on ok.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily injection molding operations to meet schedules and quality goals.
• Provide training and technical support to production personnel.
• Oversee setups, changes, and downtimes to minimize loss.
