Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in injection molding operations with hands-on troubleshooting.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of molding machines, molds, robotics, and equipment.
• Experience supporting startups and process improvements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily injection molding operations to meet schedules and quality.
• Provide training and technical support to production staff.
• Oversee machine set-ups, mold changes, and changeovers to minimize downtime.
• Monitor cycle times, material usage, and process consistency.
• Support SOP development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with maintenance and tooling to resolve issues.
