Job summary

Top Echelon Software LLC seeks an experienced Injection Molding Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a startup manufacturing facility. You will lead hands-on production, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and ensure readiness across first and second shifts in McDonough, GA.

You will mentor operators, manage machine setups and mold changes, troubleshoot defects, and help establish efficient processes as the site scales.

Qualifications

3–5+ years in injection molding operations with hands-on troubleshooting.
Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of injection molding machines, molds, robotics, and auxiliary equipment.
Experience optimizing cycle times and process efficiency.
Bachelor's degree in Plastics Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred; equivalent hands-on experience considered.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily injection molding operations to meet schedules and quality goals.
Provide training and technical support to production personnel.
Oversee machine setups, mold changes, and changeovers to minimize downtime.
Monitor cycle times, material usage, and process consistency.
Develop and implement SOPs for startup facility.
Troubleshoot defects like short shots, flash, warpage, weld lines.
Coordinate with Maintenance and Tooling to resolve issues.
Support safety, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
