Job summary

Alltrista Plastics LLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to maintain a productive, safe, quality-focused manufacturing floor on 12-hour shifts in Pennsylvania. You will lead mold setup, troubleshoot processes, and coordinate maintenance and staffing to meet customer expectations.

The role requires a Bachelor's in science or engineering or equivalent, 3–5 years in injection molding and 3–5 years in supervision, with strong safety and SPC knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years processing injection molding experience.
• 3–5 years of supervisory or lead experience with safety procedures knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot molding process to meet quality and production standards.
• Manage mold set-ups, changes, manpower utilization, and material efficiencies.
• Direct maintenance and coordinate with Maintenance Staff for repairs.
• Provide timely, accurate shift reports and documentation.
• Maintain safe, clean, and equitable work environment and enforce company policies.
