Da/PRO Rubber, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate the Plastics Injection Molding Department, ensuring safe, efficient production of high-quality molded components.

The role provides guidance to molding technicians, operators, and support staff while maintaining compliance with quality standards, production schedules, and safety requirements. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing and LEAN expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing production with progressive responsibility.
• Expert in employee training, press operations, mold care, and prioritizing quality.
• Strong experience with MRP systems and LEAN methods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily injection-molding operations.
• Meet production schedules while maintaining quality and delivery.
• Monitor machine utilization, labor productivity, scrap, and dept performance.
• Assign resources to maximize efficiency.
• Lead shift startup meetings and communicate priorities.
• Train and develop operators, technicians, and support staff.
• Enforce safety policies and Lean/5S initiatives.
• Maintain production records and dept documentation.
• Coordinate with Scheduling, Materials, Quality, and Maintenance to meet demand.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Ops Manager/COO.
