Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the injection molding team to meet production targets.
• Troubleshoot and adjust molding parameters to maintain quality and output.
• Provide timely feedback on employee performance and manage attendance records.
• Drive process improvements to maximize productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure safety and a clean, compliant work environment.
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering on escalations and issues.
• Monitor KPIs and communicate results to staff and management.
