Injection Molding Supervisor is sought for a startup manufacturing facility to lead daily operation across first and second shifts. You will oversee production personnel, troubleshoot equipment and processes, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in injection molding with hands-on troubleshooting.
• Experience supervising teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Plastics Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily injection molding operations to meet production schedules, quality standards, and efficiency goals.
• Provide direction, training, and technical support to production personnel across operations.
• Oversee machine setups, startups, mold changes, and equipment changeovers to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot molding defects and optimize process parameters (temperature, pressure, speed, cooling, cycle time).
• Support SOP development, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
