LRSolutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Supervisor to oversee daily molding operations in a startup facility on the first and second shifts. The role requires hands-on leadership, process optimization, and ensuring safety and quality standards across production teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in injection molding, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to establish efficient processes in a growing manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in injection molding operations with hands-on troubleshooting.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding machines, molds, robotics, and auxiliary equipment.
• Experience supporting startups or new manufacturing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily injection molding operations to meet schedules, quality, and efficiency goals.
• Provide direction, training, and technical support to production personnel.
• Oversee machine setups, startups, mold changes, and changeovers to minimize downtime.
• Monitor cycle times, material usage, and process consistency.
• Develop and implement SOPs within the startup facility.
• Troubleshoot defects and coordinate with maintenance and tooling teams.
• Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
