HDR is seeking a Principal Program Manager to lead large, complex infrastructure programs in the United States, with emphasis on Colorado locations. You will advise clients, plan execution, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, planning, permitting, and construction.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a track record delivering programs over $500M. You will manage risks, ensure contract compliance, and drive HDR’s program management growth while

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Sciences, Planning, Business Administration or related field.
• Professional licensure/certification: PE, PMP, PgMP, AICP, or CCM.
• Ten years program management experience with at least four as a Senior Program Manager and several programs over $500M.
• Strong leadership and cross-location team management.
• Excellent communication; comfortable presenting to executives and large audiences.
• Experience with alternative delivery methods (DB, PDB, CMAR).
• Knowledge of PMIS/CMIS, scheduling, cost control, document management, risk management, and analytics.
• Experience in PMO environments with both consultant and client staff.
