Learning Care Group is hiring an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher, offering a stable weekday schedule with no nights or weekends and a warm, supportive team.

You will care for young children, follow licensing guidelines, implement our curriculum, observe and plan activities, and communicate with families.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience leading an early childhood classroom.
• Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units.
• Meet state requirements for background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training.

Responsibilities

• Care for infants/toddlers following licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Observe, assess, and plan activities; communicate with families.
• Implement our proprietary curriculum with engaging, interactive learning experiences.
