Job summary

Learning Care is hiring an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher to join our team, serving children and families with a caring, engaging approach. You will follow licensing guidelines, plan activities, and communicate with families while implementing our curriculum and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom in a licensed center.
• Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units and 3 units related to Infants and Toddlers.
• Must meet state background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Caring: follow licensing guidelines and company standards for daily care of each child in the classroom.
• Engaged: observe, assess, and plan for children; communicate with families.
• Knowledgeable: complete extensive training on child care, preschool, and development topics.
• Creative: implement proprietary curriculum and create fun, interactive learning experiences.
