Learning Care Group is hiring an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher to nurture young learners in a loving, structured environment. You will follow licensing guidelines, implement our curriculum, and communicate with families to support each child's growth.

We seek energetic, dependable individuals with at least 6 months of lead-teacher experience in a licensed center and who meet state requirements for background checks, immunizations, and CPR/First Aid.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom in a licensed center.
• Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units.
• Ability to meet state requirements for background checks, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training.

Responsibilities

• Care for infants and toddlers following licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Observe, assess, and plan activities to support child development and learning.
• Effectively communicate with families about daily events and progress.
