Qualifications

• 6 months of lead classroom experience in a licensed center.
• Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units and 3 units related to Infants/Toddlers.
• Must meet state background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards for daily care.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children; communicate effectively with families.
• Complete extensive training on child care, preschool, and development topics.
• Implement the proprietary curriculum and create fun, interactive learning experiences.
