Learning Care is hiring an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher to join a dedicated team in an environment that supports child growth and family partnership. You will follow licensing guidelines and our standards to provide daily care, developmentally appropriate activities, and clear family communication.

We offer extensive training, credential assistance, and our Master Teacher Program to help you grow professionally and earn higher pay.

Competenze

• 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom in a licensed center.
• Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units.
• Must meet state requirements for background checks, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training.

Mansioni

• Care for every child following licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Observe, assess, and plan developmentally appropriate activities; communicate with families.
• Complete training on child care, preschool and development topics; implement proprietary curriculum.
