Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire children through thoughtful lesson plans and active classroom leadership. You will mentor fellow teachers, manage the classroom, and ensure adherence to licensing guidelines and company standards. Engage with families to promote child achievement and center success.

This full‑time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, with a focus on safety, growth, and a joyful learning environment for preschool children.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Create and mentor teachers; develop engaging learning experiences.
• Lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation; ensure licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
