Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher in California to provide high-quality care and Education. You will lead an early childhood classroom, observe and plan for children, and communicate with families while implementing our curriculum and engaging activities.

Qualifications

• Complete training on child care, preschool, and development topics.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards for daily care.
• Develop ability to observe, assess, and plan for children; communicate with families.
• Implement our proprietary curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for the children.
• Meet state requirements for background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training.
