Responsibilities:
As an Infant Teacher, you will be equipped with the tools, resources, and training to:
- Guide our infants through daily activities with gentle support as they take their first steps.
- Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Create a welcoming and friendly environment for children, parents, and visitors.
- Develop and implement thorough, timely, and age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with Celebree’s infant curriculum.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting classroom where curiosity can thrive.
- Complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance logs accurately.
Qualifications:
- Meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of children’s behavioral and developmental stages and childcare licensing requirements.
- Demonstrate strong classroom management, organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills, along with patience and flexibility.
