Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum and Instruction:
   • Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
   • Foster a love of learning through creative teaching methods
   • Observe and assess children’s development and adjust activities accordingly
2. Classroom Management:
   • Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
   • Manage routines and transitions smoothly
   • Address behavioral issues with positive guidance
3. Family Communication:
   • Maintain open communication with parents about their child's progress
   • Conduct parent-teacher conferences and provide updates
   • Encourage family involvement
4. Health and Safety:
   • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the classroom and areas
   • Follow all health and safety guidelines
   • Supervise children during activities to ensure safety
5. Professional Development:
   • Participate in ongoing training
   • Stay updated with best practices in early childhood education
   • Collaborate with colleagues to share strategies

Qualifications:
