Our lead teachers coordinate daily class operations, plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities, and work directly with children and parents to ensure quality service.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
• Child Development Associate (CDA) (preferred)
• 1-2 years of experience (preferred)
• Strong communication skills with children, parents, and staff
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multi-task
• Capability to lift up to 35 lbs, including infants (for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers)
• Background check eligibility
