Our lead teachers coordinate daily class operations, plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities in a safe environment. They work directly with children and parents daily to deliver quality customer service.

Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
  • Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred

  • Ability to calmly handle stressful situations professionally while multitasking
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs, including infants into and out of cribs
  • Meet background check requirements
