As part of the Endeavor Schools Family, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant School Leader/Assistant Director to support the School Leader in daily operations, demonstrating leadership, professionalism, and effective communication. The role involves fostering positive relationships with staff, students, and families to build a strong community and managing school operations in compliance with all regulations and accreditation standards ethically.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Partner with the School Leader to meet enrollment goals and performance metrics through student retention and recruitment activities.
2. Assist in implementing the Montessori program and cultivating a culture of excellence and recognition.
3. Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations and licensing requirements.
4. Maintain appropriate staffing ratios using creative and financially responsible methods.
5. Participate in hiring and retaining qualified staff, supporting their development through performance evaluations and feedback.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education

• Associate's degree in education preferred or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to learn Montessori principles to support high-fidelity practices.
• Meet minimum state standards and accreditation requirements.
• At least 3 years of experience in education with a similar scope.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, revenue generation, and financial accountability is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and technology applications.
