Petoskey Plastics is seeking a Maintenance Lead Technician at the McKinney, TX plant. You will organize and lead the maintenance team, manage daily activities, and troubleshoot PLCs and electrical systems to keep manufacturing equipment running efficiently.

The role requires a two-year technical degree and extensive machinery maintenance experience. Strong safety, teamwork, and documentation skills are essential, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree is required.
• Minimum 10 years industrial equipment maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate effective communication between the Maintenance Manager and the Maintenance Team.
• Organize and lead team members on assignments and projects.
• Effectively manage time and deadlines.
• Promote continuous improvement by facilitating training and improving PMs.
• Demonstrate safety leadership and set standards for the Maintenance Team.
• Set professional standards and respect among associates.
• Possess advanced understanding of electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Restore machinery to a condition better than its original state.
• Help ensure drawings, programs and manuals are accurate, available and up to date.
• Develop and implement troubleshooting solutions to mechanical issues.
