Job summary

Petoskey Plastics is seeking a Maintenance Lead Technician (Nights) to organize, plan, and measure daily maintenance activities across our manufacturing facilities. You will lead the maintenance team, manage PMs, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems including PLCs, motors, and drives.

The role requires strong leadership, PLC programming/troubleshooting, and a commitment to safety. We offer robust benefits and training as part of our family-oriented culture.
