You will troubleshoot complex problems, read drawings, and implement preventive maintenance while upholding safety standards and quality expectations. A two-year technical degree and 3+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree required for the role.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial equipment maintenance experience.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team, organize assignments and projects.
• Improve PMs and promote safety across the team.
• Diagnose and repair electrical/mechanical issues and restore capability.
